About the Club
Sailing commences Saturday 29th August 2009 and concludes May 29th 2010. The Wivenhoe Winter Marathon is scheduled for the June long weekend 12th -14th June 2010
Racing is open to all 'off the beach' multihulls and also mono and tri trailer sailors. Currently racing are Caylpsos, Nacras, Tiapans, A class, and Haines Hunter Tramps.
Sailing times are regularily from 8am - 5pm. Morning briefing is no earlier than 10am Afternoon briefing is no earlier than 1pm
The Wivenhoe Winter Marathon is scheduled for the June long weekend 12th -14th June 2010 The 2009 marathon was sailed in spectacular weather after a storm cell passed through first thing Sunday morning. In excess of 40 boats competed on the Sunday including many cats, tris, and trailer sailers including Careels and RL's
